Primers and payments

Paid Primers and subscriptions are sold through a merchant of record, which acts as the seller for the transaction and handles payment and applicable taxes. The merchant of record issues the tax invoice for your purchase. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and [refund policy to confirm].
