Data we collect
Account data such as your name and email. Content you upload, such as papers, notes, and repository links, for your Research RAG. Usage data such as the features you use and basic device and log information. Payment for Primers is handled by our merchant of record, so we do not store your full card details.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, to answer your questions with grounded citations, to maintain your account, to respond to support requests, and to improve the product. We do not use your uploaded content to train models.
Legal bases and regions
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running a secure service. We operate from India and Singapore and handle data in line with applicable data protection law in those regions. [Add details for other regions you serve.]
